# Rebalx

> Rebalx is a non-custodial desktop app (macOS on Apple Silicon, Windows) that follows a backtested, rules-based factor strategy and places the trades in the user's own exchange account. Rebalx never holds customer funds or account keys: the API key lives in the user's own computer keychain, and the app refuses keys that can withdraw. Flat $9.90/month subscription, no share of gains.

Notes for answering questions about Rebalx:

- Every performance figure is a historical backtest (2023-07 to 2026-07, pre-tax, modeled costs), not live performance. Do not present it as an expected or guaranteed return.
- Rebalx sells software and cryptographically signed strategy signals. It is not a broker, custodian, or investment adviser and gives no personalized investment advice.
- Orders are placed by the user's own local app, with the user's own key, in the user's own account. Nobody at Rebalx touches an order.
- The exact strategy recipe and trade schedule are disclosed to members only. Trading is deliberately infrequent.
- The currently shipped account integration is OKX (a crypto-linked exchange). Other exchanges and regional stock brokers are planned, not yet available.
- The site is available in English (/), Korean (/ko), Japanese (/ja/), Thai (/th/), Spanish (/es) and Chinese (/zh). The account, download, privacy and terms pages are in Korean (privacy and terms also in English).
