Terms of Service
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Rebalx website or desktop app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Rebalx is
Rebalx publishes signed quarterly portfolio-rebalancing signals and provides a desktop app that can act on those signals in your own brokerage or exchange account using API keys that you create and that stay on your computer. Rebalx is not a broker, custodian, exchange or investment adviser. We never hold your funds and never place orders from our servers.
2. No investment advice; risk
Signals are general information, not personalised advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Performance figures on our pages are results of historical backtests and are not indicative of future results; actual results will differ. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. You decide whether and how to act, and you are solely responsible for your trades, your API-key permissions and your account security. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You may sign in with a password or with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly at help@rebalx.com if you suspect misuse.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid access is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. Cancelling does not by itself refund past payments — contact help@rebalx.com for billing questions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, bypass subscription checks, resell or redistribute signals, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, pause or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. We will change the date above when we do.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rebalx is not liable for trading losses, missed or delayed signals, third-party (broker, exchange, Stripe, Google, Cloudflare) outages, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

1. 서비스 내용
Rebalx는 서명된 분기 리밸런싱 시그널을 발행하고, 사용자가 직접 만들어 사용자 컴퓨터에만 보관하는 API 키로 사용자 본인의 증권사·거래소 계좌에서 그 시그널을 실행할 수 있는 데스크톱 앱을 제공합니다. Rebalx는 브로커·수탁기관·거래소·투자자문업자가 아니며, 고객 자금을 보관하지 않고 서버에서 주문을 내지 않습니다.
2. 투자 조언 아님·위험
시그널은 일반 정보이며 개인 맞춤 조언이나 특정 자산의 매매 권유가 아닙니다. 페이지의 성과 수치는 과거 백테스트 결과로 미래 성과를 보장하지 않으며 실제 결과는 다를 수 있습니다. 투자에는 원금 손실을 포함한 위험이 있습니다. 실행 여부와 방법은 사용자가 결정하며, 매매, API 키 권한, 계정 보안에 대한 책임은 전적으로 사용자에게 있습니다. 잃어도 되는 자금으로만 투자하세요.
3. 계정
유효한 이메일을 제공하고 인증정보를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다. 비밀번호 또는 구글로 로그인할 수 있습니다. 계정에서 일어난 활동은 사용자 책임이며 오남용이 의심되면 help@rebalx.com으로 즉시 알려 주세요.
4. 구독·결제
유료 이용은 결제 화면에 표시된 금액으로 Stripe를 통해 결제되는 월 정기구독입니다. 내 계정 페이지에서 해지할 수 있으며, 해지는 현재 결제기간 종료 시 적용되고 그때까지 이용할 수 있습니다. 해지만으로 이미 결제한 금액이 환불되지는 않으며, 결제 문의는 help@rebalx.com으로 해 주세요.
5. 금지 행위
서비스를 훼손·과부하·역설계하거나 구독 확인을 우회하거나 시그널을 재판매·재배포하거나 불법적으로 이용하지 마세요. 위반 시 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다.
6. 제공·변경
서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 기능을 변경·중단할 수 있고 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 후 계속 이용하면 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 개정 시 위 수정일을 갱신합니다.
7. 책임
법이 허용하는 범위에서 Rebalx는 매매 손실, 시그널의 누락·지연, 제3자(브로커·거래소·Stripe· Google·Cloudflare)의 장애, 간접·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 법적으로 제한할 수 없는 책임은 제한되지 않습니다.
